Warranty Claims

If your Gumbies product has developed a fault that you believe may be due to a manufacturing defect, please complete our Warranty Claim Form using the button above.

Please include as much detail as possible, along with clear photographs of the issue, so our Customer Service team can assess your claim promptly.

Please note that submitting a warranty claim does not guarantee approval. Every claim is carefully reviewed on an individual basis.


What Is Covered?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal intended use of your Gumbies product.

If we determine that your product has a genuine manufacturing fault, we will, at our discretion, offer a suitable resolution which may include a replacement product, store credit or refund where appropriate.


Limitations of Warranty

The following are not covered under our warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accidents, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time.
  • Comfort issues or improper fit once items have been worn.
  • Products purchased from unauthorised dealers, including but not limited to online auction sites, liquidators, consignment shops, private sellers, sales samples, promotional or final sale items.
  • Defects caused by transportation (other than the initial delivery from Gumbies to the purchaser) or storage of the product.
  • Damage to laces and lace hardware.
  • Products supplied by Gumbies as replacements for previous warranty claims.
  • Alterations or modifications made to the product.
  • Items that have not been cared for in accordance with Gumbies' cleaning and care recommendations.

Before You Submit a Claim

To help us process your claim as quickly as possible, please have the following information ready:

  • Your order number (if available).
  • Where the product was purchased.
  • The product name or style.
  • Colour and size.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs showing the fault and the overall condition of the product.

Additional Terms

  • Refunds must be processed through the original purchaser.
  • Refunds will only be processed for the original purchase value of the product.
  • Decisions made by Gumbies regarding warranty claims are final and conclusive.
  • Replacement of products under warranty is at Gumbies' sole discretion.
  • Gumbies is not liable for any costs, expenses or damages arising from the loss of use of a product while it is under warranty assessment.
  • Warranty store credits cannot be used in conjunction with sale or discounted items unless otherwise stated.
